The action I took today to better my blog was behind the scenes, based on my post from earlier this morning about monitoring searches so we can better deliver what our visitors want.
I’ve installed the Search Meter plugin that will show me what’s being searched for, what the results are, and what searches don’t have any results, as well as some other nice features.
Here’s how to install it and a bit about monitoring searches on your website:

Wow – I love this little plugin Michelle! I’ve always just used statcounter to see what people are searching for but I love that you can see what people are searching for and not getting results for. Awesome stuff and great video. And BTW – my hubby thinks you have a very sexy voice. :)
Well, that’s a new compliment. LOL Thanks.
That was the thing I thought was so cool was the no results list – very valuable info!
What a great find. This could really be a useful plugin. Thanks Michele!
You’re welcome. I thought it was pretty cool. Amazing what comes up in a search at the plugin directory. Some good things hiding in there. :)
