Thanks for sharing these links, Michelle! Growing those connections really are so important but those connections need to be about quality … not quantity. You know those people who lose site of that, too! You know .. the ones with huge amount of fans, likes, followers, etc, and wonder why they don’t have enough clients or traffic o.O

Yep, quality and engagement count more than numbers. :) So it’s important to grow your channels genuinely — not with the crazy “get 1,000 followers for $10” schemes.

Great tips once again @Michelle. I usually do a little of each channel daily, but I like your idea to focus on one a day. Thanks. ~Debra

Once you’ve got it figured out, a little each day can be a great strategy, Debra. :) I set a goal of one a day so even on days when I’m super busy I don’t skip it and think it’s too much time to spend.

Its always about targeting the right people. This reminds me of the saying, “if a tree falls and no one is around, does it make noise?” …depends on who the target market it.

Yep. We can talk all we want to but if the right people aren’t listening, then it’s just noise. If we surround ourselves with people who care what we’ve got to say and then it becomes a message to share.

Hi Michelle, I hate to be redundant but it’s a fact, GREAT TIPS.I give you the award “you’re AWESOME” for your easy to understand and implement information for growing one’s business on line.

I’m gingerly approaching Pinterest. I have done zilch on Youtube. But I’m taking on your challenge. We keep ourselves from taking action when we approach our tasks with the giant step mindset. Your suggestion of taking tiny steps is a great motivator for getting just about anything done.

My grand daughter and I thank you for sharing.

      Thanks Adalia, I appreciate that.

I’ve found myself I’ve got to have VERY SMALL steps to motivate me. There are times for big leaps, but most of the time it’s the small, steady steps that get me there. :) We can take those little steps together.
