Mark Twain is right. Regrets are hard to swallow when you are old. Time flies so fast so we must take action now and as they say, grab the bull by the horns.

Love this message… and I find so often the battle is within… it is not the circumstances or what really happens to us… many of us rise to the challenge when faced with an emergency or urgent circumstances… but I find the daily choice to live a courageous life is the biggest challenge for most… we get distracted by the minute, unimportant things… thank you for a great video:) Warmest, Sheri
