Hint: Be smarter than signing up for an affiliate program and then just adding a banner to your side bar or sending out a couple of tweets.

I think blog niche is most important thing for better affiliate marketing. the most important reason which i notice is Article review. A better Trust able review can make Better affiliate then others. Overall nice post

I think A LOT of newbies are shocked when they add there amazing ‘money making’ affiliate link but only get very low or no sales at all.

The infographic shares some solid info. Like- the use of good old coupon codes helps for sure. I’ve never really concentrated on promoting seasonal content. Though it is lucrative, I couldn’t find products worth promoting. You see, I only promote content that I’m comfortable with! And most of the times, seasonal products on the offering didn’t satisfied me, which prevented me from promoting and selling them.
And creating different landing pages for different types of audience is a practical step. Which landing page works for what category of audience can be estimated via A/B testing.
If you are willing to shell out some bucks, then making use of adwords, facebook ads etc is recommended.

Totally agree about the coupon codes! It’s a great way to entice a reader into purchasing a product or service especially if they know they can pay a lot less for it. It’s even better if you’ve used the product before and can actually vouch for the quality of it.
