Have you been encouraged to “believe in your own magic”?
The last couple of weeks, it’s come back to me over and over again. So many of those who I’ve been in mastermind groups with over the past year, and who I had the honor to meet during Overnight Authority Live and spend time with this weekend have shared their “magic” with me.
I wonder how many realize what a difference a few moments of their time made?
One suggestion that shifted the way I communicate with those closest to me about my business… (thank you, Judy).
In a few moments of guided meditation to take someone from “can’t do this!” to peace… (thank you, JoAnna).
Or to re-frame nervousness into excitement… (thank you, James).
To spend 30 seconds looking at a presentation and create a flow and setup that makes sense… (thank you, Melanie).
With a quick joke to boost someone’s confidence and create a smile exactly when it was needed… (thank you, Mars).
Do YOU realize the difference you’re making for those around you?
We’re all born with “magic” inside us — a creative spark — and we can each create amazing things and make a difference in the world around us.
Sometimes the smallest actions create huge ripple effects that we might not know or see at the time.
Today, that’s what I’m thankful for. I’m thankful for the brave ones who take time to share their magic with the world around them.
Has someone shared their magic with you? Please share in the comments (and feel free to link to their website or a social media profile, I’ll allow the links through).

The live stream of OA was kind of magical to me Michelle. There were some wonderful people in the chat room & I think we all had a blast “meeting” one another. I’ve already connected with one person on the phone and will be doing so with 1-2 more.
And, a very magical moment was seeing you on stage – you did an awesome presentation (everyone the chat room loved your content). Way to go girl! Thanks. ~Debra

Wasn’t that awesome? I loved being able to participate in the livestream and chat even though I was in the studio. It was so cool!
And thank you. :)

Hello Michelle I guess it wouldn’t make sense to link back to you but you’ve certainly inspired me with your knowledge about blogging. Intuitively I sensed your brilliance and your magic influenced me to follow your link on Facebook . The other person I would like to mention is Dionne Grayman of http://mothersempowered.org/, she has the magic with words and they inspire me too.
Thanks for sharing your magic Michelle.
Michelle Shaeffer says
Hey Adalia, thanks and I look forward to visiting Dionne and learning more about her.

I’m very thankful for all the people throughout my life who encouraged me, especially through kind words and deeds.
Researchers have discovered that showing gratitude is one of the greatest contributors to our happiness. When we express our gratitude through written letters, the relationships we form are strengthened and our sense of well-being, health and joy increase.
I recently shared what three different women have done to promote the power of showing thanks and love through written letters. These are three heart-warming examples of what happens when we share our magic with others http://coloryourlifehappy.com/gratitude/writing-letters-brings-double-happiness

That’s beautiful, Flora. Thank you for sharing it.

I’m still looking for my mastermind group of people to share with. I think I would work much better with this kind of arrangement but I also know you have to have the right people with the right mindset to get it right.
Michelle Shaeffer says
That’s definitely a big key to a successful mastermind, Mitch. Smart to start looking with that in mind.

Great post Michelle. I think many people don’t realize the value that they bring to the market place. We all do bring some magic to the table and those who realize this, bring much more than others. Only because they allow the magic to flow :-)

No small thanks to you either Michelle. You have shared your fair share of magic too :-)
