What’s it take for a blog post to go VIRAL on social media?  The infographic below breaks down the formula that makes it happen.

The thing that gets the most viral shares?  Positive emotions – awe, amusement, and laughter.

So how do you know if what you’re about to publish hits on positive emotion?  Run it through the HookLine Dynamic app before you share it!

And, as the infographic points out, a catchy headline is key… so use the tools you’ve got to make it easier.  ;)

    Hey Michelle,

    Once again I’ve found very informative Infographics on your website. Viral posts have millions of people seeing them, so the marketing potential of having a post go viral is huge.

    Articles that have images, charts, graphs and other visuals get twice as much shares. This is because images evoke a stronger emotional response than plain old black-on-white text. Eventually, thanks for sharing these tips with us.
