Do you ever feel trapped in a cycle? It might be a cycle of not getting things done, not seeing results, or feeling like you can’t get traction to get ahead…
Just remember – tomorrow is not the same as yesterday. Change what you do today, and you’ll change what happens tomorrow.

You’re so right that other blogs provide so much inspiration! It’s also my way of taking life into my own hands — informing myself and then taking action!
Thanks for these inspirational links, especially Lisa’s! Being a punk rock psychic is the epitome of being proud of who you are. =) I would also add your hot pink hair on my list of inspirations as well. =) You inspire me to be me!

Oh Michelle, please don’t go to all the trouble to tattoo my thoughts on your forehead! But thank you for the mention – I’m happy somebody reads my stuff and gets something useful from it. :)

Considering my fear of needles, I probably won’t. But I did write those two phrases on a sticky note and put them on my bulletin board.

I work as an SEO consultant and web designer and there are times when I feel that I am trapped in that cycle, especially when I’m not seeing the results that I want from my efforts. I found that a good way to avoid this is by breaking up my activities throughout the week. For instance one day I will blog and then the next I will work on backlinks. Then on the third day I will just do some reading on my favorite blogs or try and find some new ones. The following day I will work on my web design projects.
I find that by varying what I do throughout the week, I don’t burn out as easily. Everything stays fresh and I am much more productive. Even still, there are times when I get tired and at those points I think it’s ok to take a break. In fact I think it is crucial. On those days, I limit my time on the computer to checking my emails and saying hello to my friends on Twitter. After a day of rest I am usually ready to go at it harder than ever.
Today was my day to do some reading and I decided to do a bit of surfing and find some new blogs. I just happened to find yours :) To me, this is the fun part, browsing around to see what everyone else is talking about. I always end up with a handful of new Ideas that I can take home with me to my Blog. Tomorrow I will be back to the grind, but this time with a whole new perspective.

I like that approach, Dan. It’s easy to get burnt out if we don’t take time to get a break and recharge. I’m glad you found your way over here. :)

Hi Michelle, love the quotes you have shared and for me, I have come to the conclusion that I always have a choice and it’s up to me to decide how my choices will create my tomorrow :)

Yes! One decision at a time, we create.
Thank you Michelle. I love inspirational quotes and just something to remind myself that I’m not the only one who may feel this way, otherwise that quote would never have been there! Right? I believe that things happen for a reason and when one door closes, another is waiting to be opened.
