    I love the infographs!

I usually recycle an old idea or have a guest write. The guest always makes for an interesting discussion and also a guest brings in a fresh perspective to a lot of things!

Guest blog posts are great for that, aren’t they? I love watching how conversation goes when I have guest bloggers. It’s more fun. :)

Thanks Flora. You know I think you rock, too. ;)

Isn’t that a great one? Copyblogger is my “when I grow up I’ll write like them” goal. LOL

You’re right about Copyblogger. They have definitely earned their place in the blogging world, but so have you. You have your own distinct style, flavor and allure.

    I agree with Hajra here!

I too loved this infograpgh the moment I saw it on Pinterest a few days back, and I just knew I had to Pin it right up :)

It say a great deal about what we writer’s feel at times and how to overcome writers block :)

I loved 9,10,11, 18, and 21 from the above- I guess those are great ideas to work yourself out of a writer’s block.

    Thanks for sharing :)

It’s awesome. I loved this because I think we ALL have those moments as writers–the bigger question is how long do we stay stuck in that place and how many tools do we have to get us past it. :)

You always find great stuff to inspire. #5, 11, 21 and 22 work for me. I love having guests post on my blog (such as you know who) and lately I find when I step outside of my professional zone & share something personal, readers respond favorably.

    Thanks my friend. :)

22 is a great one, I need to do that more. It makes sense to get more mileage out of your content.

And thank you for letting me come play in your sandbox, Debra. :)

I find myself drawn to #22 on key holidays or commemorative days such as Martin Luther King Day. I find myself pulling out a previous blog post and reworking it a bit each year.

I’ve found content creation ideas by looking into the bottom of my purse, by opening the refrigerator door, and by scanning the nicknacks I have on my desk. :)

My dogs provide some pretty good inspiration, too!

Perusing magazines and listening to songs on my car radio are a slam dunk. LOL

I love this infograh. I am never at a loss for content … I do have other challenges, such as getting comments on my blog. Current trends is a great source for my content. For example … I have done three posts having to do with “Women’s History Month” and International Women’s Day. I get ideas from standing in the check out line and looking at the topics of all those magazines. I am shocked that I have used so many of these tips, however, I have yet to use #6, 7, 11, 15 and 20.

Thanks for sharing your finds with us,

    Hi Michelle,
One way that I come up with posts is by situations that I am dealing with at the moment. Since I an dealing with it and researching ways to cope with it is usually the best time to write a post about it.

I also check my Analytics to see what search terms people used to come to my site. If the search is not necessarily about a topic that I wrote about then I will write about it.

I really enjoyed this post. First off, it looks like a graphic novel. Love that. Second, so many great ideas. As for interviews, I created an entire site for interviews of interesting people. There’s never a lack of great topics (people) to interview. My next interview to post is with the creator of Mafia Wars.

On another blog, one of my next posts is my about my personal journey in blogging; it’s mostly a story of failures so it was rather painful to write.

I love so many of your ideas and I’m inspired to start writing right now.

Wow! This list is great! You really gave a lot of wonderful ideas here. I also write and sometimes my brain just goes blank and then panic creeps in LOL. I think this list is very helpful thank you very much! I’ll definitely keep this in mind before starting to panic. My strategy when i get a writer’s block is I usually not force it then I do something else for a while like watch tv, play with my daughter etc. That usually works but still these ideas are great so I’ll definitely use them next time it happens.
