Michelle, these are inspiring! My piece on leadership is be self aware, act systematically and hire people who act systematically. Sometimes leaders merely plan using huge XL sheets but fail to execute or get the right people to execute their vision and fail. Ofcourse integrity, honesty and accountability are timeless and the most important traits of a good leader :-)

Planning doesn’t do any good if we don’t move it into execution. Very important.

I giggled when I first heard that one. We always hear about how many hats we’re wearing and I never pictured someone wearing them all at once, but one at a time is much better. :)

I really like “Every moment is an audition. Make today count.”

No one has a crystal ball, Michelle, and only God knows if we’ll be here tomorrow. So if you can go off to bed at night knowing you’ve made a difference in someone’s life (maybe even your own!), then your audition went well. :)
